Ventosa is an ancient form of traditional therapy that uses cups with suction to stimulate the ‘Qi’ or the flow of energy in the different body parts. (90 mins) 

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage therapy aids in melting away tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation and metabolism. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also expands the blood vessels which boosts the blood flow throughout the body.  (90 mins) 

Kamalayan Signature Massage

A traditional Filipino therapeutic massage that makes use of banana leaf, coconut oil, and special herbs for scanning any imbalance and impurities in the body to guide the therapist on which  areas to focus the treatment. (60 mins)

Dagdagay or foot reflex is a treatment for the feet that uses two wooden sticks instead of finger pressure to stimulate the soles and cleanse and purify the feet.  It was introduced and popularized by the natives of Mountain Province. (60 mins)
