In its humble ways, Hiraya aims to champion the Filipino hospitality, give back to its immediate community, and showcase the Filipino culture. This is achieved through employing and training locals to provide excellent and warm service and promoting sustainable tourism. It is also Hiraya’s goal to support and showcase local businesses in the Philippines, particularly in Pangasinan and the North, by carrying them in the resort and integrating their products with Hiraya’s food and services. 

Ultimately, Hiraya's goal is to become a sanctuary where dreams are made and eventually realized.
